Service Directory

ONE LAND PROBLEM, SEVERAL WAYS TO SOLVE IT.

The right service depends on what is growing there now, what machine access looks like, and what you want the land to do after the first clearing pass. Forestry mulching and land clearing remain the core work; other services are available where site conditions, equipment, and schedule allow.

Additional Property Services

MORE THAN MULCHING, WHEN THE SITE CALLS FOR IT.

Some properties need mowing, access repair, drainage work, storm cleanup, or winter support after the main clearing plan is understood. These services are secondary to land clearing and are site, equipment, and schedule dependent.

Limited Availability

COMMERCIAL MOWING

Limited-scope commercial, municipal, roadside, field, lot, and rough-area mowing where site conditions and scheduling allow. Best suited for larger areas, seasonal contracts, airport or municipal areas, access roads, and rough turf; not routine weekly lawn care unless separately accepted.

TRAIL MAINTENANCE

Trail, access lane, field-edge, and view corridor upkeep may be available by request for properties that need seasonal access kept open.

Trail Maintenance

Site-Dependent Work

DRIVEWAYS, DRAINAGE, CULVERTS, STUMPS, AND STORM CLEANUP.

These jobs depend heavily on access, soil, grade, water, material availability, permits, and the intended finish. A site review may be required before confirming scope or price.

Access & Gravel

DRIVEWAYS, PADS & GRAVEL WORK

Site-dependent driveway work, gravel pads, access repair, and rough prep may be available where equipment, material, drainage, and finish expectations are appropriate.

Water Management

CULVERTS, DRAINAGE & DITCH WORK

Culverts, ditching, drainage improvements, and access repair may be available where conditions allow. Permits, wetlands, shoreland rules, and existing utilities remain owner responsibilities unless a written scope says otherwise.

Plan Site Review
Cleanup & Winter

LIGHT EXCAVATION, STUMP WORK, STORM CLEANUP, SNOW REMOVAL & WINTER ACCESS

Light excavation, stump-related work, storm debris, downed limbs, rough cleanup, and snow removal / winter access support may be available by request. Hauling, dumping, and disposal are included only when listed in the written estimate.

Winter Access Work

Seasonal Work

PLAN CLEARING AROUND THE SEASON, NOT JUST THE MACHINE.

Winter, spring, and fall each create different opportunities and limits. These pages explain what may fit, what needs review, and when a site visit or written quote should come before scheduling.

Conditions Permitting

WINTER LAND CLEARING

Frozen ground may help access flat wooded land, and leaf-off visibility may help planning. Snow, ice, wet areas, slope, and hazards still decide what is safe.

Winter Clearing
Spring Reset

SPRING PROPERTY CLEANUP

Storm cleanup, access opening, driveway approaches, culverts, drainage prep, brush edges, and rough areas can be reviewed as conditions firm up.

Spring Cleanup
Before Snow

FALL BRUSH CLEARING

Fall can be a useful time to open views, hunting access, food plot routes, trails, and field edges before winter, where schedule and ground conditions allow.

How To Choose

START WITH THE OUTCOME, THEN PICK THE MACHINE PLAN.

If the goal is access, the plan is different than if the goal is a view, a field edge, a future fence, a rough mowing schedule, a culvert, or a finished driveway approach. Hyggeworx starts by matching the method to what the land needs to become.

  • What area needs clearing, not just total property size.
  • How dense the brush is and whether trees should stay.
  • Whether the ground is flat, rolling, wet, rocky, or steep.
  • Whether the job is core clearing, property-scale mowing, access repair, drainage, storm cleanup, or winter access work.
